Autumn Reads Challenge with Beanstack

Junior members of the Muswellbrook and Denman Libraries aged 0-12 years are invited to get reading during the School Holidays by asking their parent or carer to register them for the Library’s Autumn Reads Challenge to celebrate the launch our new reading platform ‘Beanstack’.
 
Beanstack is a free online service that offers an innovative new way to connect readers of all ages with books and engaging reading activities and challenges that match each person’s interests, ages and all reading levels.
It includes book and activity logging, badges and registration for all members of the family under one account. Parents can also create accounts just for their children. In Beanstack, you can view available activities, enter the books you have read, write book reviews and more – and there are prizes to win as you progress through challenges.
Our Autumn Reads Challenge opens for registrations from April 4th with prize draw entries closing on April 30th.
Once registered, participants are able to complete a series of challenges to earn reward badges. Once enough badges have been earned, you will be automatically entered into our prize draw!
 
The best part? Beanstack is free to access! You just need to make sure you have a library membership first. Pssst…. Library membership is free too! Unable to access Beanstack online? See staff at Muswellbrook or Denman Library branches and receive a printed challenge pack. The same challenges and the same great prizes!
