Character Drawing Workshop at Muswellbrook Library!

Come to this fun, guided, step-by-step Animé / Manga character drawing workshop with illustrator and graphic designer Matthew Lin!

He’ll be sharing tips and tricks on how to draw your favourite characters or ways to bring your OC to life! Learn techniques for faces, chibi characters, action poses and then creating a piece you can take home! Great for beginners and intermediates or for those looking for something a little different!
 
These workshops are FREE open to teens aged 12-18 years!! Lunch will be provided at each session – come along to one or both!!
Session 1: Thursday January 19, 10:30am – 3:30pm
Session 2: Friday January 20, 10:30am – 3:30pm

About Matt:

Matthew’s passion for drawing and art began at an early age. He holds an Associate Diploma in Graphic Design and has worked for Scholastic Publishing and Horwitz Publications. Now freelance, Matthew has worked designing and illustrating books for Australian and US publishers, illustrating Marvel trading cards, creating t-shirt labels, painting murals and running workshops!
Tin Tin is one of his favourite comics and his interests are an eclectic mix that include Medieval fighting, console gaming, West African dance and drumming, and gardening.
