Make a splash – Summer Reading Challenge

1. Register for the challenge by contacting or visiting Muswellbrook or Denman Branch – you will need to have a library card in order to participate.
2. Track your progress on the Beanstack app OR request a print bingo sheet. IF you are using the Beanstack app, you will need to Register using your library card number, then join the challenge! Be sure to ask staff for assistance in getting started!
3. Log your reading minutes on Beanstack or your printed bingo sheet and complete the activities to earn badges. There are 16 badges to earn throughout the challenge!
4. Once you complete a row or column on your bingo sheet, show staff at either branch to receive your entry token into the Muswellbrook or Denman pool.

Terms and conditions

• The ‘Make a Splash’ challenge is open to registered Muswellbrook Shire Libraries members aged 0-12 years.
• Participants must hold individual library cards to participate in the Summer Reading Challenge – membership conditions apply.
• Participants may receive a maximum of 2 pool entry passes during the challenge which can be redeemed at either Muswellbrook or Denman pool facilities prior to Friday, January 30th 2023.
• Bingo sheets (digital and print) must be shown to library staff prior to receipt of a pool entry pass. Pool entry passes will be available for collection during the Challenge period from Thursday, December 1st 2022. – January 27, 2023. Completed sheets will not be accepted following the close of the challenge.
• Entry passes may not be sold or transferred and are only redeemable at the Muswellbrook or Denman Pool. Lost or damaged passes are not able to be replaced.
• Entry passes are only redeemable for a single entry and are not redeemable for access for people aged over 12 years.
• Children under the age of 10 years must be accompanied to the Muswellbrook Shire Aquatic Centres by an Adult. Adult passes are not included in the free entry pass received as part of the Summer Reading Challenge and will be need to be purchased upon entry into the pool facility.
