LATEST NEWS
Library and Information Week
July 31 – August 6
Where’s the Source?
Visit Muswellbrook and Denman Library during Library and Information Week as we celebrate the essential role Library services provide in identifying and accessing information. It is no secret that libraries and library staff are sources of information. Providing access and guidance to the community through the now countless amounts of information channels at our disposal is one of the most basic and essential services that the sector provides.
This Library and Information Week we’re going back to those basics, back to the idea of the ‘source’, and bringing into focus where information comes from, who created it and why it appears in the way that it does.
