ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Laura lives on a farm in rural NSW, and have been writing and making up stories ever since she can remember. “When I was little, I used to make my Mum write down the stories I told her at bedtime. You see, I wasn’t old enough to write yet. Precocious little thing!”
Laura is passionate about finding small ways to include a little more nature in our world, “Whether you come from the country like me or live in the city, there is always something we can do to bring that little bit more sustainability and peace to our everyday lives.”

IN CONVERSATION WITH AUTHOR DARCY TINDALE
MUSWELLBROOK LIBRARY
TUESDAY 9 MAY | 11AM

Bookings are essential, contact Muswellbrook Library on 6543-1913 to book your spot!
Refreshments we be provided.
ABOUT THE BOOK:
The Fall Between is a rural crime novel that is both suspenseful and audacious, while offering a candid portrait of a regional town.
Detective Rebecca Giles has returned to her quiet home town Muswellbrook in the Hunter Valley after ten years in Sydney. Suddenly, in a place where nothing much changes, three major cases land on her desk: a spate of jewellery thefts, the disappearance of a local schoolgirl, and the shocking murder of a young jillaroo. Giles is convinced the link between all three crimes lies in the town’s tragic history, perhaps even her own mother’s death, thirty years ago.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR:
Darcy Tindale is an actor, author, theatresports player and director, and has appeared in television commercials, film and on stage. She has written comedy for radio, stage, media personalities, comedians, and theatre restaurants. Her short stories, plays and poems have been published in anthologies, journals, and magazines. The Fall Between is her first novel.
