Fill out the contact form via our website or contact the Muswellbrook (6543 1913) branch by phone.

Library members can book a home delivery by either completing our online form below or contacting the Muswellbrook library during business hours on 6543-1913.

We encourage you to browse our library catalogue to reserve titles you may be interested in receiving as part of your delivery, library staff will also personally select up to 10 items which will suit your interests.

A librarian will contact you to book a time and date for your delivery.

Returns of library items can be booked to be collected during scheduled deliveries. Items should be left outside in the specified area.

To protect the health and safety of our library staff and our customers, deliveries will be zero contact. This means we will leave your items in a specified outdoor area or on your doorstep, then we will move back to a safe distance and give you a call to let you know your delivery has been made.

Items will be delivered in plastic bags – please use these bags when returning your items.

Returned items will be cleaned when they arrive back at the library to ensure that we are protecting staff and customers.

• Any breach of social distancing guidelines will result in immediate review of delivery services.
• To ensure staff safety, we are unable to deliver to properties with unrestrained animals.
• Responsibility for library items passes to the customer on delivery of items to front door. The customer is responsible for any items left unattended/uncollected at the door.
