National Simultaneous Storytime

National Simultaneous Storytime (NSS) is held annually by the Australian Library and Information Association (ALIA). Every year a picture book, written and illustrated by an Australian author and illustrator, is read simultaneously in libraries, schools, pre-schools, childcare centres, family homes, bookshops and many other places around the country.

This year’s title is ‘The Speedy Sloth’ written by Rebecca Young and illustrated by Heath McKenzie, published by Scholastic Australia Pty Ltd.

Muswellbrook Library will be hosting a special Story Time session from 10:45AM on Wednesday May 24th, bookings are essential, please contact Muswellbrook Library on 6543 1913 to book.

All children under the age of 13 must be supervised by a parent or carer at all times.

Schools, daycares and community groups are welcome to enquire and book to attend this Story Time virtually.
