Celebrate Library Lovers month by growing together! This month we will be highlighting how you can grow with our Libraries. Whether you’re learning something new, making new connections or expanding your reading repertoire, our Libraries are here to grow with you.

Visit your local branch throughout February and pick up your Blind Date with a Book! Why choose a book by its cover when you can have a surprise love affair with literature? Let the pages whisk you away to a world you never expected!

Changes to Denman Library’s opening hours

Denman Library’s opening hours will be changing from Monday February 2, 2025.

Monday: 10am – 1pm, 2pm – 4:30pm

Tuesday: 2pm – 4:30pm

Wednesday: CLOSED

Thursday: 10:30am – 2pm

Friday: 10am- 1pm, 2pm – 4:30pm

While we’ll now be closed on Wednesdays, everything else stays the same! This change gives us more time to bring additional outreach services to the wider community of Denman and surrounds.

Denman Lego Club Update!
Our February Lego Club is still happening as planned on Wednesday, February 12 – and we’d love your input on when it should run in the future! Come along, build, and share your thoughts!

Rhyme Time sessions will run weekly on Mondays from 10:00AM.

LEGO CLUB

Join in on Lego building challenges that will make you think outside the box and push your building skills to the limit. Bookings are essential.

MUSWELLBROOK LIBRARY’S SESSIONS

Muswellbrook Library’s Lego Club is held on the first and third Mondays of each month.
Monday, February 3 and 17 from 3:45PM to 4:45PM.

DENMAN LIBRARY’S SESSION

Denman Library’s Lego Club is held on the second Monday of each month.
Wednesday, February 12 from 3:30PM to 4:30PM.

Suitable for ages 6 – 12 years.
Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

CIRCLE TIME AT MUSWELLBROOK LIBRARY 

Join us at Muswellbrook Library for an interactive Circle Time session, that will be filled with movement, music and craft! Suitable for ages 0-6 years.

Circle Time sessions will be fortnightly on Tuesdays. Sessions this month will be held on Tuesdays, February 11 and 25 from 10AM.

Come along to Denman Library for a social and interactive session where you will create and collaborate on arts and crafts projects.

Our Services

HOME LIBRARY SERVICE

Did you know we run a free home library service to housebound members of the Muswellbrook and Denman Communities? We can pick for you, or you can use our online catalogue to make a selection of books, DVDs, CDs and Audio books that pique your interest. We also have audio readers available for members with low to no vision.

Deliveries will be made on February 4th and 18th.

These BYO device sessions are designed to help you get started on library digital collections, learn how to use your device and general tech assistance.
